About the job:

Create the great technical documentation for all external and internal products in the company.

We’re looking for Technical writer to participate our team.

Your experience and mindset:

3+ years in writing technical documentation for internal and external audiences

IT degree (Computer science/engineering, System Analysis, Information Systems, IT management)

Fluent English with excellent writing skills

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry
• Proficiency in using Stoplight for documentation, plugins, additional features
• Strong understanding of API documentation and OpenAPI specifications
• Understanding the working principles of web applications
• Understanding the principles of SaaS, in particular B2B products
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
• Understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and making them intelligible OR excellent written skills including the ability to transform complex technical solutions into easy-to-understand content
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Experience in learning & maintaining complex application configurations
• Teamwork
• High level of self-organization and personal responsibility
• Knowledge of PlantUML, Markdown, LaTeX, Git, JiraConfluence

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation using Stoplight
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and functionalities
• Develop user guides, API documentation, and prepare description of complex software products: interfaces, SDKs and services
• Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and up-to-date
• Implement best practices for technical writing and documentation
• Analysis of the basic needs of potential users for a separate description of the user paths they need
• Adaptation of technical texts for a wide audience
