Seeking a Technical Writer to work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents.• Work directly with Product Owners, business SMEs, and data analysts to assist in understanding and writing supporting documents

o This includes both technical and business runbooks• Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts and document them in an easy to navigate and consume manner• Ability to analyze and understand complex data models• Build and maintain effective working relationships with Product Owners, SMEs, developers, Team Leads• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation• Expect to own the creation of maintenance of the following artifacts:

o Business runbooks

o technical runbooks

o Data flow diagrams

o Product manuals

o User guides

o API documentation

o SDK documentation

o JAD session notes

o Architecture templates• o• Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standards and allow for easy data migration• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across all documentation
