Responsibilities:Manage technical content creation and delivery
Ensure consistency and quality of technical content
Prepare documentation that aligns with client needs
Ensure the content is consistent with the provisions cited to in state and federal law, including but not limited to the Plain Writing Act of 2010.
Follow the prescribed methods of the latest available version of the Associated Press Stylebook.
Ensure content is in compliance with section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as amended
Work with subject matter experts and ensure compatibility with overall program
Effectively communicate with the Radiant team lead and other management
Input work hours into internal tracking system in a timely manner
Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Radiant employee handbook
Requirements:Technical Writing / Documentation Experience
5 yearsβ experience β writing background, technical writing, journalism, business writing
Direct experience with Plain Language is required
Strong writing skills
SME Interview skills
Ability to integrate with a team and help drive a project
High attention to detail
Edit and proofread materials to make error free
Perform quality assurance and make sure drafts and deliverables sent to clients are polished and meet expectations
Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint formatting skills necessary
