Job Description:

We are looking for entry level candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills who are eager to learn complex technical concepts. This role will require:

• Creating documentation - writing, editing, formatting, and illustrating technical end-user documentation.
• Validating information - working with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and quality standards.
• Managing deliverables - working with cross-functional teams to estimate project scope, gather data, track milestones, communicate progress, mitigate risks, and produce documentation that meets customer expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in a challenging and engaging environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, accountability, and professional development

Requirements/Qualifications:

• B.A. English, Journalism, Communication, or a degree in a related field.
• 0-3 years of technical writing experience
• Experience with FrameMaker, Visio, and Illustrator a plus
• Position may be upgraded to a Senior Technical Writer role based on the experience of the candidate
