Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced technical writer to join the Partner Enablement team in the COO-GRO organization. The primary responsibility is to improve & maintain the quality of the Partner Web Services (PWS) API documentation and add new content from time to time by discussing with respective business stakeholders.

As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering. And, you should have good enough English skills to explain your idea clearly.

Locations: Anywhere in the US

Responsibilities

• Use English to develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
• Support the rollout of new APIs for Autodesk's global network of channel distributors and resellers
• Maintain API documentation aligned with industry standards
• Obtain a deep understanding of Web APIs & to translate complex service information into simple, polished, and engaging content
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets our users up for success
• Must be able to take tasks ownership & act individual contributor when required

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Major in computer science, engineering, or technical field preferred
• Expertise in REST-based web services concepts is required
• Experience in tools like Postman, and SOAPUI is highly desirable
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
