The Mission Systems Group (MSG) is currently providing cybersecurity, engineering, and support staff for the Defensive Cyber Operations for Space (DCO-S) program office.

ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a DCO-S Technical Writer to support our Space Force customer and existing DCO-S workforce. Must be local to Colorado Springs, CO and work in office full time.

Duties will include:• Technical writer for existing DCO-S tech writing team documenting DCO-S tool set procedures and processes. Publish technical volumes.• Support the DCO-S program office alongside ENSCO's current team.• Support project management teams with IMS development and tracking.• Aid in the drafting of policy, memorandums, standard operating procedures, and processes.• Support software development team in the successful Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development and delivery of two custom built applications.• Systems engineering and integration of cyber relevant capabilities into Space Force's DCO-S mission systems.• Cybersecurity related studies and projects

Qualifications Desired

• BA/BS degree or MA/MS in IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering disciplines.
• Previous Space Force technical writing experience.
• Previous Space Force PMO program support, and Agile engineering methodologies experience.
• Current 8140 IAM/IAT Level I or higher certification
• Current U.S. DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Qualifications Required (Skills)

• 3 year's technical writing or technical support.• DOD Cybersecurity, IT, or network support experience.• Experience using computers and software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Confluence, Jira.• Strong writing and technical background.• Detail-oriented with good organization skills.• Possess good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.• An active SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE and ability to attain a TS-SCI security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen. You will not be considered for this position if you do not meet this requirement.
