Job Description:
The Parsons Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for a Technical Writer intern for the Summer 2024 cohort. The intern will work locally at our Huntsville, AL office with the Operations & Proposal teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create how-to-do guides, monthly reports, and contract policy and procedure documentation.
- Develop well-structured, professional, and winning proposal languages that effectively communicate Parsons capabilities, value proposition, and solutions.
- Write proposal sections such as cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, and resumes/staffing.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Exceptional writing and research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursing degree in business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, or English.
- This position involves work on US Government Contracts and/or proposals for US Government Contracts that limit participation to US Citizens.
- A person may be required to provide proof of US Citizenship in order to comply with US government requirements. Any offer by Intel for this position is conditioned upon satisfying any government requirements regarding proof of citizenship.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Prior experience writing, editing, and proofing contracts and other related technical documents.

Salary Range:
$14.23 - $24.13
