We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team based in Port Moresby!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Deliver a first-class service to our customers
• Complete service, repairs, and maintenance of heavy diesel products in the field, on clients' sites and in our workshop as required
• Perform preventative maintenance activities as scheduled
• Identify additional service opportunities for clients
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and reports any issues / incidents to site management and to their supervisor
• Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens

• Must be Qualified Tradesperson
• Basic level field service work experience
• Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
• Technical Training Certificate (TTC)/Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
• Locally valid driving permit
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations
• Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
• Customer service experience

• Monday to Friday 7.30 to 4.30pm and Saturday half day
• Competitive hourly rate paid as a permanent salary
