Techno-Functional Analyst

Custom Software Systems Inc. is seeking a senior-level Techno Functional Analyst. The Techno-Functional Analyst would support the Production Workday environment and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting Production issues
• Developing Workday integrations and reports
• Performing end-to-end testing of said integrations
• Reports and/or business processes
• Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
• Identifies resources required for each task.
• Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies

• The ability to develop, upgrade, implement, test, and document software components in Workday Finance
• Possess experience with developing Workday integrations (Studio, EIB etc.)
• Strong development skills in Workday Studio
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Monitor integration issues in Production and work with business users and scrum team on the issue resolution
• Support regression testing of new Workday releases
• Develop and test assigned Workday integrations and reports
• Document project deliverables such as requirements specification, design and test results

EDUCATION:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience
