Key Knowledge Areas :
1) Good knowledge in SWIFT Payments & Investigation
2) Thoroughly familiar with payment concepts i.e. MT103/110/111/202/210/304
3) Experience on banking products like LC, BG,Imports ,Retail FX,Export SWIFT messages
4) Awareness of the SWIFT Infrastructure (Technical and Functional)
5) Awareness on the SWIFT regulatory and CSP guidelines requirement
6) Ready to work on weekends / during DR drill and project related activities.
7) Knowledge of IPLC, TSS and PCS products.Details of Job RoleFunctional Analyst - BTG is responsible for managing entire gamut of activities Software Project life cycle most importantly requirement conceptualizing, gathering, testing and roll-out.

Ability to manage Audit and compliance of the applicationResponsible for documentation, deployment and testing the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT team.

Experience on Industry formats (ISO15022 / ISO20022/ SWIFT message series 1XX,2XX,3XX,4XX,5XX,7XX,9XX)Responsibility / Tasks Benchmark Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Understanding. Analyze requirement for impact to existing functionality and workflow.

Ability to articulate and define both functional and non-functional (performance etc) requirements for product Prepare requirement document covering all aspects and obtain sign-off from stake holders in minimum iterations.
Project management- Discussion with Vendor and IT on requirement document, UD/ FSD sign-off , effort estimation and Go Live plan.
Raise Funding Proposal Note for cost approval, PO placement and delivery date for SIT / UAT.
Walk through of changes with Stake holders, obtain sign off. Timely delivery of changes and meet Go Live schedule.Enhancement and SFR Testing - Preparing and executing test cases, raising defect tracker, discussion on defects. coordinating for correction release and preparation of go live. Minimum defect slippage. Application/Infrastructure support for Vendor Applications in testing environment to users. Addressing user understanding and functional issues in applications supported.
Raising repetitive issues for permanent fixes.Leadership experience with complex ,large-scale projects using a structured project methodology for assignment covering areas of business process analysis and re-engineering for application infrastructureHas executed independently large projects.Experience on trade life cycle , settlements and ReconAware of reconciliation of SWIFT messages and other downstream processing.Envision for product roadmap while defining business benefitsAble to clearly articulate requirement and its benefitsReady to provide SWIFT application Support and support for interfacing application / utilitiesDetail knowledge of SWIFT to understand issues reported and able to provide solution to end user.
