Job Description
SME Gen AI-Kore.AI
Build, develop and manage GEN AI product from strategy, to design, to optimization, across every channel and touchpoint, with expertise in every domain ? creating a seamless experience across the customer lifecycle
? Participate in requirements analysis.
? Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
? Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
? Test and deploy applications and systems
? Revise, update, refactor and debug code
? Improve existing software
? Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
? Experience in working with AI/NLP platform for building chatbots Experience with any one of the technology (JavaScript, Node.js, or Python)
