Technology Analyst - End user computing

Infosys is seeking a App Packaging Technical. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications :

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal Quebec or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Expert knowledge in application packaging, sequencing, and SCCM/Intune.
• Good knowledge in MSIX packaging and conversion of MSI packages to Intunewin format.
• Coordinate with application owners to gather information on applications, identify dependencies.
• Troubleshoot any issues in the packages Good knowledge in Active Directory structure and group policies.
• Coordinate with application owners for any testing (UAT) for sign-off.
• Create applications/packages in SCCM and deploy to collections.
• Proactive to coordinate with various stakeholders for getting signoffs on Task sequences.
• Good knowledge on ITSM tools like service-now or Remedy for incident, service requests or change managements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
