Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Technology Analyst Manhattan WMS Consultant. As a Technology Analyst Manhattan WMS consultant, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to Manhattan WMS. You will be responsible for the support techno-functional solution of warehouse design, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of warehouse management flows, providing functional consultation on the application, integration, and reports of enterprise solutions for Manhattan WMS implementation with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience
- Location for this position is Brantford, ON. This position requires 100% relocation to project/client location.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
- At least 2 years of support experience in Manhattan WMoS which includes working experience or understands configuration on WMoS platform version.
- Experience in exposure to end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system.
- Experience in strong SQL and working on support projects is a must
- Experience in collaborating with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
- Experience in Interaction with customer understanding the requirement and provide solutions.
- Experience in Working knowledge of Labour Management preferred.
- Experience in Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management especially focusing on Manhattan WMS Configurations, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, End to End testing and Release Management pertaining to complex Warehouse Management implementations.
- Experience in providing 24X7 on desk from the respective DCs
- Experience in working towards shifts system
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be $70954 to $105007.
