Job Description
About the Role:
As a BRM CRM Analyst (Salesforce Techno-Functional), you will be an integral part of our Salesforce ecosystem, responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce systems are optimized to meet business needs, focusing on the Sales and Service Cloud modules. Your expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce will be key in driving successful implementations, enhancements, and automation processes.
Who You Are:
- A skilled Salesforce professional with strong experience and a deep understanding of how Salesforce systems function, particularly in the Sales and Service Cloud.
- You possess the ability to comprehend both technical and business requirements, translating them into efficient Salesforce solutions.
- You have a solid background in business analysis and Salesforce implementations, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- You bring experience in Salesforce automation and are adept at streamlining processes for improved efficiency.
- You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders and guide them through business process analysis and solution development.
What You’ll Do:
- Salesforce Expertise: Provide end-to-end support for Salesforce solutions, leveraging your applied commercial experience and problem-solving abilities to build, deliver, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Business Requirements & Process Design: Develop comprehensive business requirements, process flows, application design, configuration, testing, and deployment strategies.
- System Design & Integration: Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to streamline business processes and create efficiencies.
- Salesforce Best Practices: Provide consulting and coaching to enhance Salesforce administration and implementation practices, focusing on optimizing user experience and automating processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage multiple stakeholder relationships, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technology solutions.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, proactively presenting alternatives to resolve or mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Salesforce Data Security: Ensure that Salesforce data security models and configurations meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
