THE CHALLENGE

You will be joining a high performing group of individuals that serve as the backbone for the revenue engine and contribute to shaping our technology strategy and delivering profitable business outcomes.

THE TEAM
The GTM Business Systems Team is responsible for providing thoughtful solutions to solve our stakeholders' challenges. We are passionate about GTM tools and align ourselves as the trusted-advisor to our business as it relates to the GTM Tech Stack. Our focus goes beyond the day-to-day support of user requests and platform management and reaches into being proactive in thought leaders in which tools Eventbrite should leverage and how they should be leveraged to support our GTM.
 
THE ROLE
The ideal candidate has direct product or project management experience and will support the delivery of digital transformation initiatives using Agile software development methodology. You will be responsible for project managing multiple work streams to implement new technical solutions to deliver contextual content across the customer journey.
You will work with a team who is expected to deliver on high visibility projects and processes that contribute to an exceptional customer experience through digital transformation. As a subject matter expert, you will be expected to build a broad and deep business knowledge of specific product areas, in order to advise on content governance and approach, ensuring consistency across the global organization.
You will be creative, solution-focused, hardworking, and analytical. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, to technical, business, and executive stakeholders. You will be comfortable negotiating with key business partners throughout the world, to gain alignment on content planning, and execution management.


YOU WILL

  • Collect information/ data regarding ineffective or inefficient processes from stakeholders and other relevant personnel.
  • Partner with management teams to learn and document current business processes.
  • Collaborate with management to create new processes and document them for future use.
  • Review processes on a timely basis to see whether they’re up to date with industry standards.
  • Interpret relevant data points and other business metrics for management and other personnel.
  • Create documentation that helps highlight if processes are being followed and if not, what challenges are creating the lack of alignment.
  • Communicate discrepancies to management to encourage internal problem-solving.
  • Accountable for effective communication for cross functional / cross process impact.
  • Identify relevant resources to implement project and manage internal resources to ensure timeliness and quality
  • Confirm function and technical scope of the project
  • Document project requirements and communicate project status to senior management
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables for roadmap projects
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables
  • Monitor and report on progress, progress, and solutions of the project to all stakeholders
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Partner with the BizSys Leadership Team to create and facilitate team sprint planning and process improvements

  • Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
  • Advanced business process analysis knowledge
  • Experience building different types of process mapping
  • Ability to gather and process performance data
  • Experience engaging and supporting Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
