支持业务发展:
• 识别/明确/深入理解业务需求
• 提供合适的架构设计和相关估计
• 向相关人员展示/解释设计和估计
负责项目的设计/交付工作:
• 确保架构设计是可行和合适的
• 识别关键挑战并找到解决方案(或确定需要参与的专家)
• 向利益相关方和团队成员展示/解释设计
• 分解整个架构,并提供工作量估计
• 确保开发团队遵循设计
• 识别需求分析中的不足
• 识别需求与架构设计之间的差距
• 识别架构设计和工作估计中的风险
• 提出建议
为关键技术问题提供支持:
• 了解问题和客户期望
• 搜索可能的解决方案并推荐合适的解决方案
• 实施推荐的解决方案或改进架构设计
