Technology Associate

If so, Guardian is seeking a Technology Associate as part of the LEAP Program.
Our Program As part of our Enterprise Technology Team at Guardian, you will have the opportunity to learn from and network with professionals across the company. Our LEAP Program (Learn, Engage, Apply, Perform) will help you to build your professional toolkit as you gain industry and organizational knowledge through three 12-month rotational assignments.
As you bring your talents and personal goals to the table, we will support you in creating your own career path through ongoing training and provide you with hands-on opportunities focusing on leadership. Through your experience with us you will be able to make meaningful contributions to initiatives that directly impact our business and the communities we serve.

You have:
A bachelor's degree with a Computer Science obtained within the last 12 months or; or a relevant certificate, currently in your final year of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
Coursework to obtain degree must be completed prior to start of employment - Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

Location:
Bethlehem, Holmdel, or New York with work from home flexibility - Up to 10% travel within US
Salary Range
$65,180.00 - $97,767.50
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
