The Technology Client Delivery function within Securities Services Technology is seeking an individual with experience of client-facing technology project and change management. The team are the client-facing side of technology and manages the technology relationships for the firm's largest Securities Services clients and the integration of these clients onto Citi's platforms, as well as helping to ensure best in class engineering solutions for those clients. The team has presence in Europe, Asia & the US.
This role may suit an individual with strong experience in project and change management who would like to further develop their career with client-facing responsibilities. Ideally the individual would have some experience of incident management also.

The key responsibilities of this role are to:
Change Management
- Actively manage client changes through the full program lifecycle and keeping the client appraised of progress. Communication and coordination between technical teams and other stakeholders throughout the change process is key.
- Collaborate with strategic partners across the software development organizations.
- Ensure stakeholders are aware of new solutions, updates, changes, and projects across impacted teams.
- Partner with clients for joint user acceptance testing (JUAT), client acceptance testing and technology pilots to ensure optimal user experience and feedback loop. Serve as the main point of contact for such efforts.
Project Management
- Facilitate the definition of the project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks and resource requirements.
- Clearly convey deadlines and project decisions to all involved in the project and act as the mail source for all project information, working closely with technology, operations and product partners.
- Implement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion.
- Produce accurate status reports of IT projects and present to management.
- Track and coordinate the resolution of project-related issues in a timely manner, escalate as appropriate
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the underlying technology stack and supported/related business area. Achieve a strong grasp on high level-architecture, connectivity, and data flow for the client.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets for technology projects.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Coordination of change requests.
Incident Management
- Work with clients experiencing service issues.
- Ensure that systemic issues are escalated to technology owners for prompt attention.
- Promote effective communication and the use of lessons learned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (plus if in Business, Computer Science or an Analytical Field)
- Background based in technology management, implementation, maintenance and/or development. An understanding of the SDLC, support processes and project management preferably in a Financial Services Technology organization.
- Experience with deadlines, time management and job follow-through.
- Strong ability to drive task to completion and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Must possess ability to lead working sessions and senior client presentations, maintaining composure in difficult meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in incident management with understanding of technology service metrics is desirable
- Securities Services or Asset Management industry experience within Funds or Custody is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, strategic client relationships in a client facing role.
- Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on excellence.
- Expert level in MS Office applications, including Project.
- Excel formula generation, Pivot tables, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Outstanding relationship building skills.
- Experience with JIRA a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent is desired.
- Be able to travel about ~20% of the time.
