Technology Coordinator

We are looking for a Technology Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. The Technology Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of technology operations. This includes equipment inventory, vendor coordination and communication, vendor contract renewals, technology expense reports, building and maintaining software workflows, tracking of technology training, general building management, and software license tracking.

Essential functions of the role:
Administration/Coordination
- Builds and maintains software workflow by studying processes, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures
- Serves as liaison with technical support staff for office equipment
- Assists in preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities, and determining continuing needs
- Schedules meetings, answers phones, and maintains digital and physical records
- Pays vendors, maintains facilities and office supply budget, and oversees other expenses necessary to the day-to-day technology operations
- Completes administrative projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources, redesigning systems, and recommending re-deployment of designated resources
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related tasks and projects as needed
Communication and Execution
- Document standard operation procedures to ensure consistency in processes; review processes for efficiency and effectiveness; updating as needed
- Interacts with Emprise employees, other banks, and vendors to strengthen relationships, build networks and share best practices
- Effectively communicates in a variety of settings, adjusts to fit the audience and message
- Provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization
- Support of internal and external audits and exams for the Information Technology and Bank Operations divisions
- Make recommendations to drive improvements, resolve issues
- Assist with reporting requirements and support special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Attention to Detail
- Microsoft Excel/Word proficiency
- Superb organizational skills
- Process Improvement experience
- Experience using various software technologies
Hours: (40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
