Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
This position is responsible for supporting the governance framework that ensure effective oversight of the organization's technology practices. The role includes monitoring compliance with internal policies, assessing risks, providing insights into technology governance practices, and helping implement controls that safeguard the organization's data, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the development and improvement of governance documentation, including policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and reports
- Participate in audits and regulatory reviews related to technology governance and technology risks
- Work with cross-functional teams to address gaps and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including technology, legal, risk, and compliance teams to enhance governance practices
- Communicate updates made to governance documentation across the organization
- Source, compile, and interpret data. Will perform analysis on various datasets producing metrics and reporting for the combined bank
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
Preferred skills:
Understanding of technology controls and governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, word, PowerPoint) and risk management tools.
Professional certifications such as CISA or CGEIT a plus

The base pay for this position is generally between $111,000 and $145,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
