What's The Job?

We are searching for a Technology Implementation Specialistto join our Willow Grove, PA teamwho would be responsible for supporting our fleet warehouse optimization software hardware installations. You would also oversee overall project implementation and installation activities from quote to go live.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

  • Install and configures server-based software as hands-on project manager for various customers in a commercial/industrial setting.
  • Provide necessary training during installation so customers can manage the application after "Go Live."
  • Provide ongoing support for software and technical updates, as necessary.
  • Train end-users and technical staff. Provides guidance and proposes new technical solutions regarding advanced network/systems capabilities such as new software applications and cross platform compatibility issues. Analyzes complex business requirements and provides various alternatives that best meet immediate needs.
  • Act as project leader and plans operations of the unit. Provides guidance and technical support to department members related to prioritizing, project development, research, testing, monitoring and problem resolution.
  • Recommend and develop new standards and policies as required to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts/units/software.
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Receive general direction, often with little or no precedent, and is expected to create and develop new procedures/practices and recommend new policies as required. Decisions are not typically subject to check and can impact operations of division and/or influence the entire corporation.
  • Overall project leader responsibility for ensuring that assignments are completed in the most cost effective, accurate and timely manner for current and future needs.
  • Must be focused on continuous improvement and maintaining current in field of expertise.

What Makes Me Qualified?

  • Associate degree in computer science or related field OR certification in the area specialty
  • Experience in server- based application in a Wi-Fi environment preferred
  • Background in commercial networks leadership is necessary
  • Additional experience required
