岗位职责：

Java：
1.根据项目需要参与需求分析和功能设计并实现;
2.进行系统的设计、编码、测试、维护和系统性能优化;
3.提供用户支持;
4.协助识别用户应用配置更改;
5.参与部署实施应用程序所要求的所有活动;
6.报告流程中出现的问题.

Frontend：

1.使用Node.js/React/Angular/React Native进行应用的开发，打包及发布;
2.据开发需求完成相关代码编写;
3.将业务需求转化为软件应用程序和模型;
4.开发完成时执行单元测试;
5.提供UAT和后期实施支持/生产支持;
6.遵循质量流程，确保达到质量目标.

Testing：
1.负责客户方系统的自动化测试；
2.按照产品架构和业务要求，与开发、产品合作，制定和推进测试策略、测试计划；
3.分析测试需求，并设计编写测试case，参与维护自动化案例的日常运行.

Mobile
1.独立完成Android/IOS端程序的开发；
2.根据产品需求开发相关的产品，验证和修正测试中发现的问题；
3.对项目已有组件提出升级建议和优化方案.

Devops

有infra和DevOps经验，有Java开发经验，能兼顾Java开发任务和应用系统运维；熟悉阿里云，AWS或Azure；

App Support

日常主要处理客户的邮件和电话并在系统中记录，日常需要跟客户和二线支持团队保持密切沟通并解决客户问题，正常工作时间，不需要24轮班，正常情况下周末双休.

UIUX:

1.Will focus more on business to employee demands

2. Ongoing work with Product Owner, stakeholders and developers on different projects (not project base)

3. Conduct UX research, e.g., benchmarking, market research with adjacent industry

4. Perform user testing, which brings insights and help address pain points from users

5. Perform usability test for design validation that ensures we are building the right product with continuous improvements

6. Implement and deliver UIUX design for projects

SAP BW SAC

Partner with client IT team in managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA project initiatives

Participate as part of client IT team for providing consulting advice, managing third party vendor’s SAP support services

Coordinate with the client business users/ IT teams to jointly resolve issues, gather user requirements on Change Requests in creating Functional Specifications

Take lead in all phases of SAP projects initiatives, Change Requests deployment from scoping, effort estimation, planning, execution, risk management, go-live and support.

Responsible for ensuring that SAP projects initiatives, Change Requests are delivered within scope, quality, time, and budget requirements.

Accountable for developing & managing project plans and coordinating the activities of the project team and sub-team.

Manage stakeholder relationships at the project level.

Provide project status reports & phase reports to internal PMO & stakeholders in a timely manner.

Manage all change requests, scope or resource requirements within the project timeline and budget

Python

明确详细的需求，并分析和组织原始数据  构建数据管道，以使用 AWS 和 Spark 技术从各种数据源提取、转换和加载数据。

Tech Lead

Perform technical assessments of current state of enterprise data and architect a path to transformation into a modern data powered enterprise

Create technical, security, data and operational architecture and design blueprints incorporating modern data technologies and cloud data services demonstrating modernization value proposition

Design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies

Design and build production data pipelines from data ingestion to consumption within a hybrid big data architecture, using Cloud Native solutions, Java, Python
