Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking a DevOps Lead.
This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be in Sunnyvale , CA or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 10 +years of Information Technology experience

5+ years as DevOps Lead

Preferred Qualifications:

• DevOps (AWS) expert and Mongo DB expert
  
• Experience building Jenkins pipelines from scratch for monitoring and automating data backup on Cassandra and Mongo clusters.
  
• Design and Automate the process of installation and configuration of secure Apache Cassandra and Mongo clusters using Ansible.
  
• Expert in Ansible playbook configurations
  
• Create instances using Terraform in AWS
  
• AWS EKS cluster maintenance expertise
  
• Hands-on experience in automation using Shell scripting and Python
  
• Prometheus and Grafana monitoring
  
• Knowledge in AWS to day-day activities
  
• Good understanding of Kafka/Spark - infra wise
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
