Role Mission

As the Technology Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding a diverse team of technology professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive business outcomes in the wealth management sector. This leadership position demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective team management.

Deliverables

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of backend, frontend, DevOps, and data engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day technology operations, ensuring that the team meets performance targets and operational standards.
• Work directly with the CTO to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy and to address emerging challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Drive the architectural vision and ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team.
• Ensure code quality and best practices through regular code reviews and automated testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, particularly in wealth and investment management.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring frontend, backend, data, and DevOps teams.
• Proficient in cloud architecture, APIs, databases, and front-end technologies relevant to wealth management.
• Experienced in guiding the development of wealth management products, with a strong understanding of financial planning and investment management solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
