As a TLS Intern you will support the Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) team in driving renewals and expansions across IBM’s client portfolio. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales strategy client engagement and internal collaboration within a global technology company.
You will work closely with experienced professionals to:
•   Assist in account planning and stakeholder coordination for TLS renewals and expansions.
•   Support the identification of opportunities for service uplift expansion and winback.
•   Collaborate with internal IBM teams such as Brand Sales Specialists Deal Makers Ecosystem Sales Specialists and Customer Success Managers.
•   Learn to use IBM sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage opportunities.
•   Participate in client conversations under guidance helping to prepare materials and follow-ups.

•   Gain exposure to IBM’s Technology Lifecycle Services portfolio and understand its value proposition.
•   Develop foundational skills in sales execution pipeline management and client relationship building.
•   Learn how to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a technology sales environment.
