Ensures development of team through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Develops a technology strategy and ensures technology solutions comply with applicable standards. Advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices. Accountable for team level resource and financial management; builds and maintains teams through talent acquisition. Sets maturity objectives and enables individuals/teams to with training & resources to achieve them. Sets and tracks quality and performance objectives. Facilitates performance and career development of individuals through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills. Understands individual and team maturity and performance through team/client feedback. Manages relationships with business and technology partners. Accountable for solution delivery as relevant to their teams. Accountable to ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards are met. Accountable for the application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews). Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain. Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers. Leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization. Manages a team.

Overview:
- At least 7 years' experience in information technology, with 2 years of financial services, and 1-3 years of technical architecture experience
- Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence
- Financial services experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management would be a plus
- Application development knowledge and experience
- Interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)
- Experience in application implementation and maintenance
- Experience working with technical design process and models • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Supports multiple systems through maintenance, modification and problem resolution to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations
- May provide expertise in determining the strategic technical direction and system architecture for initiatives.
- Technical, yet able to communicate up and down within an organizational hierarchy
- Strong communication and relationship management skill. Ability to manage senior stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
- Leading a team of developers, testers and scrum master
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in Information Technology
- Product owner who needs minimal guidance, take ownership and be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions
- Need an experience resource with proficient skills in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, MQ, NDM, CI/CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies.

- Create and prioritize stories( backlog creation & refinement)
- Make/Clarifies scope & requirement decisions
- Collaborates with Delivery and other application teams
- Prioritizes work, schedule and capabilities for the release
- Participate in program increments, creating & highlighting objectives and milestones for the team
- Defect Prioritization (Deferred defects, etc )

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Desired Skills:
- Java web technologies, Acitiviti BPM and Mulesoft are plus but not required
