Technology Operations Intern

• Assist in maintaining (content, versioning, and access) Minitab’s Sales Engagement and Operations Platform (technology stack)
• Help to translate content from sources (PDF, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) to our Sales Systems.
• Assist in scheduling training and enablement sessions
• Manage and maintain our internal CMS (Content Management System; Highspot) to ensure content is up-to-date and user groups are accurately defined
• Prepare meeting communications
• Create visually appealing content
• Coordinate calendars when necessary

• Majoring in Information Systems Technologies, Communications, Business, or related field
• Team player who works independently, takes direction but also finds proactive opportunities to bring to the team for improvement
• Understands objectives and diligently monitors progress and results
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and initiative to work effectively both independently and on a team
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language

This position is not eligible for remote work and is located at our State College, PA Headquarters location.
