Requirements :

• 5 or more years of technical operations and production support experience
• Experience supporting Vendor-hosted or developed applications
• Linux Red hat v7+ operational knowledge
• OpenShift operational knowledge
• Ansible Deployments
• Monitoring and Log Analytics
• Networking Fundamentals
• Proficient technical writing skills using MS Office suite - PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Project
• Proficient with the ITIL model and Remedy (Change/Problem/Incident)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision required
• Ability to support 24/7/365 operations with a global team
