We are currently looking to hire a Technology Operations Specialist l to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, WA! This positions allows for local hybrid work arrangements based out of our Kirkland, WA office. This is a full time permanent position on our Corporate Team.Â
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the company’s internal technology infrastructure and equipment and be the primary contact for IT and networking troubleshooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tier 1/Tier 2 IT troubleshooting and network security support for the Company’s users, devices and internal network services
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding – Provisioning equipment, configuring appropriate access permissions, documenting asset inventory
- Purchase and install IT equipment as required
- Maintain accurate inventory of all technology assets
- Develop, document, and manage process for supporting IT environment holistically, including but not limited to: deploying workstations, system access management, software patching/upgrades, management of cloud services
- Manage service accounts and contracts (internet, phone, printer, etc.)
- Document the Company’s technology architecture
- Research and implement service enhancements to meet evolving environment and user needs
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management SystemÂ
- Assist with various cyber security initiatives as needed
- Assist with privacy and cyber client engagements as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year of hands-on experience with IT troubleshooting (e.g. computers, smartphones, printers, cloud accounts, etc.)
- macOS/iOS familiarity required (experience with Unix shell scripting is preferred)
- Basic understanding of MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and familiarity with the OSI Model
- Interest in and understanding of cyber security concepts (certifications, or self-education, is a plus)
- This position requires up to 10% travel
