Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive deployment plan for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP , including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.

• Monitor and control the progress of the deployment plan, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of the deployment plan.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a seamless transition to the Oracle systems.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the deployed systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.

• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in the deployment processes.
