Technology private equity investing & operating associate

The Role:

A private equity / investment banking role in a highly entrepreneurial environment. Also combined with broader operating responsibilities including business transformation, corporate finance and product management in global fintech. Role has regular interaction to group CFO based in NY plus managers in India and Europe.

The role reports in to our Group CFO.

The Role offers:

● Working on global transactions and corporate finance

● Working on technology investing plus operating

● Working on tech and data products serving financial services (i.e., products for banks, investors and finance professionals)

● Exposure to senior leadership globally plus mentorship from local managers

● Significant growth potential with steep learning curve and high standards for performance and execution

Your skills, experience, and qualifications:

Required:

1. 1-4 years’ experience across the following backgrounds or combination (e.g., 2 yrs IB, 2 yrs PE):

a. Investment banking experience working on M&A or financing transactions, or analytical support roles like valuation or equity research

b. Accounting experience working on audit, valuation, and/or transaction services

c. Private equity experience
