The Supply Chain and Manufacturing Decision Solutions (SMDS) team, designs, develops, and supports custom, large-scale optimization and decision support systems across Intel's Supply chain including Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Materials Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Production Scheduling, and Long-Range Planning.

As a Supply Chain Product Owner your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering supply chain tools, applications, and processes that deliver strong business value to our internal partners.
  • Creating the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business needs, users and industry trends.
  • Working closely with business users to define detailed requirements, test features, and ensure development delivers business value.
  • Working with Architects to define the overall solution architecture for the application and ensure ongoing adherence to that architecture.
  • Facilitating an Agile Software development process by creating, managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • Ensuring high quality stories with robust acceptance criteria are available and properly prioritized.
  • Collaborating with SCRUM Master and development team to deliver new capabilities consistently.
  • Owning product road map and release planning. Leading production support activities.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Planning, Materials Planning, Production Scheduling or related areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study.

  • Previous experience working in or closely with an Agile software development team.
  • Experience using applications that leverage optimization technologies.
  • Experience deploying Advance Planning solutions such as Blue Yonder, O9 or Kinaxis.
  • Basic SQL skills a plus.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$112,760.00-$169,240.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
