Job Description As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your communication, analytical, organization and process strengths to contribute to managing the intake, execution, and closure of modernization, controls, and data center migration technology projects that span multiple organizations and have firm-wide implications.
You will assist team members and partners in refining processes, identifying efficiencies, collecting and analyzing data, developing standards and communications, as well as assisting with quality control & administration of Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams. You'll play an integral role in ensuring the projects are running on time and in accordance with firmwide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
While this role is rooted in project management, it's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.

About the Team Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution to accomplish common goals.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm through direct and transparent communications.
- Coordinate with Product-aligned Program and Project Managers and Engineering Leads on specific application scope, plans, status and issues impacting HLM/DCM planning and execution.
- Communicate with the CCB and OPT program team on plans, progress, and issues for specific efforts across the portfolios being managed.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; risk management and operations.
- Ability to independently manage small-medium projects from start to finish .
- Commitment to continual process reviews for efficiencies and self-service capabilities for stakeholders.
- Bringing together the appropriate Technical Subject Matter Experts with the product teams.
- Infrastructure background a plus.
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
