Job Description

Position Summary

The Technology Project Manager, Marketing Solutions will be a part of a dynamic and growing team responsible for implementing, evaluating, and managing a variety technologies in support of our multifamily marketing technologies ensuring high-quality customer service, continuous innovation and process improvement, and delivering on product support requests. This role will also assist with defining product strategy, partnering with vendors to influence product roadmaps, recommend innovative solutions that improve digital experiences, streamline project management processes, manage innovation pilot teams and deliver world-class support for existing products.

Essential Job Functions

• Support and manage the execution of a variety of technology projects and initiatives.
• Manage project plans and roadmaps, facilitate feature prioritization, and execution for the entire product lifecycle that support both resident and employee digital experiences.
• Write and document project charters and other documentation that clearly define project scope, project budgets, support model, resource allocations, timelines, risks, and change management. (50%)
• Partner with a variety of internal team members and external partners/vendors to implement technology products in support of our marketing capabilities.
• Lead product evaluations through vendor evaluations, scorecards, and overall research of solution providers in the market. (20%)
• Partner with the Learning team to develop product training and Communications team to effectively message organizational change to all stakeholders. (10%)
• Play a strategic role in the implementation of management of innovative digital solutions while ensuring a high standard of quality, security, and data protection.
• A strong focus on process improvement and automation. (20%)

Education

This position requires a Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree or equivalent experience.

• Marketing / Information Technology, Project Management, Product Management or other related fields of study. Preferred

Work Experience

5-7 Years: Project Management - Preferred

5-7 Years: Marketing Technologies (i.e. AI, iPad functionality) - Preferred

5-7 Years: Real Estate/Multifamily Industry - Required

5-7 Years: Multifamily Technologies (Real Page, Yardi, Entrata) - Required

5-7 Years: Vendor Management (RFP to Project completion) - Required

5-7 Years: Communication & Presentation Skills - Required
