Job Description
Position Summary
Provide coverage for Multifamily Technology day-to-day needs leading local resources, direct reports, and at scale, collaborative leadership over coverage for delivery of Multifamily technology/application products and services. Services include delivery facilitation, reporting, escalation, communication management, scoping, resourcing, schedule, budget/cost and change management. At scale, leadership over portfolio-based implementations including acquisitions, divestitures and development to operations.

Cultural ambassador to support Multifamily Technology Vision in delivering best-in-class technology products and services driving business value to Multifamily, Brookfield and our Residents.
Essential Job Functions
- Leadership - Provide proactive leadership for assigned products, initiatives and services. Serve as liaison to customers. Proven ability to quickly earn sponsor and key stakeholder trust; mobilize and motivate team members; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity. Serves as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of customer engagements. (5%)
- Service Orientation - Manage technology and resources/scheduling to deliver and improve the quality of service we provide to our customers. Develop, implement, staff, and manage ad hoc support function at Brookfield Multifamily properties. (30%)
- Execution - Responsible for leading the development of plans (schedule, resource, cost), drive activities through phases/stage gates while ensuring adherence to quality, development and communication standards. Monitor and track performance and health while proactively identifying, managing, resolving and/or escalating issues and risks. Negotiate conflict to satisfactory resolution of all stakeholders involved. Adheres, advocates and effectively performs change management processes. (30%)
- Reporting - Routinely provide updates to sponsors, leadership and other stakeholders. Responsible to ensure all stage gate deliverables to the governance board and executives are prepared timely and adhere to quality standards. Regularly meet with teams to discuss future activities, issues, risks and deliverables. Conduct lessons learned and participation with process improvement. (10%)
- Metrics - Collaboratively develop, monitor, analyze and implement changes based on metrics or trends. Utilize risk planning and mitigation as necessary. Report current events, initiatives, updates, and major incidents and problems to teams and escalate to leadership as appropriate. (10%)
- Product Management - Support the collaborative development, implementation and maintenance of product lifecycles and product lifecycle management. Collaboratively plans and develop programs to drive the achievement of organizational and/or customer objectives. Participate in the collaborative development and dissemination of product roadmaps. (10%)
- Education - Regularly educate and collaborate with customers and other departments on current product and service offerings. (5%)
Education
This position requires a Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree or equivalent experience (8-10 years) in Computer Science, MIS.
Work Experience
5-7 Years: Information technology organizational experience - Required
5-7 Years: Customer and system process orientation interpersonal skills, issue identification/resolution - Required
5-7 Years: REIT/Multifamily/Real Estate software/technology product experience/management/ownership including roadmap development, integration, planning, implementation, administration, user roles, reporting, customization and/or subject matter expertise - Preferred
5-7 Years: REIT/Multifamily/Real Estate customer facing/partnering experience - Preferred
