Responsible for completing and tracking compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards as well as local laws, rules, and regulations (LRR). Completes administrative and non-technical tasks related to compliance deliverables and infrastructure requests for the applications they support. Supports vendors, development teams, and Technology Managers to ensure technical security, risk, and other compliance activities are completed on-time and per requirements. Partners closely with control functions, risk management, and Global Information Security and are familiar with the applicable policies, standards, LRRs, contacts and procedures so that the compliance deliverables are completed effectively and efficiently. Ensures the risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on-time and per requirements for the applications they support. Assists with audit exams and risk assessments for the applications. Tracks and supports the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams. Maintains data about the application in systems of record. For vendor applications, works closely with the vendor to ensure the application meets bank requirements. Assists with ad hoc inquiries and questions about the application. Interfaces with technology infrastructure teams for infrastructure requirements and/or requests.

As a horizontal function, this position manages the intake thru closure process of all risks. Working with AIT Managers, Systems Engineers or their delegates, your expertise is used to evaluate controls and their effectiveness, ensure our priorities and execution is on target and aligned with our policies and standards, and that our metrics, reports and dashboards are updated to reflect accurate status. This position may also prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management experience.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in technology with some applied within financial services or risk technology
- Experience in technology internal control, audit risk or compliance for a large and complex organization
- Possesses knowledge of risk management approach, processes, tools, and routines; ability to effectively identify, debate and escalate technology risk
- Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
- Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders and senior leaders across various lines of business
- Ability to coordinate and drive execution of priorities and meet deadlines to adhere with policies and standards
- Facilitate regular workgroup meetings/work sessions and develop/track project timelines where appropriate
- Strong communication skills (presentation and influencer); Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, shaping the opinions and actions of key stakeholders
- Provide periodic updates through Status Reports and Dashboards to Senior Leadership
