We are seeking a Technology Service Representative for our Support Center in Lansing, Michigan. 

Our busy Service Desk handles an average of 850 tickets each month. The Tech Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for various individuals, including site staff, corporate employees, property owners, and KMG executives. In this role, they collaborate with others to answer questions, resolve issues, gather ticket details, prioritize incoming events, route tickets, and manage the new user creation and termination process. Excellence in communication with customers is essential.

• Effective prioritization abilities
• Multitasking capability, including pausing and resuming tasks seamlessly after interruptions
• Confidence in phone communication
• Proficiency in identifying user problems and gathering information efficiently, even when issues are not clearly presented
• Quick adaptability to our systems

These characteristics are highly valued in potential candidates.

You Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service role or equivalent
• Ability to work in stressful situations and to make accurate judgments to address various situations
• Ability to prioritize quickly and accurately
• Must be team player and can work independently
