Join us as a Technology Solutions Manager!

BMC Software's sales and support teams have the power to transform entire organizations. As a Technology Solutions Manager, you will engage and influence Coaches to EBs, by collaborating with account managers to maximize the deliverables in each phase of the sales cycle. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers on top "Focus" opportunities to help ensure that deal progression best practices and the ecosystem are maximized. Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success: • Solve customers problems with targeted business value-based content.• Closely follow industry trends and direction to shape customer messaging.• Evangelize the value of solutions as one of our transformation-leading experts with customers.• Align customer initiatives with Connected Digital Ops messaging.• Speak at briefings, industry conferences, and c-suite meetings.• Deliver well-rounded technologist message that brings a functional and practical technical background.• Invest heavily in progressing North America's top Focus and Growth opportunities• Assist and scale deal progress best practices across North America Focus and Growth sales• Engage and support Focus and Growth marketing events• Engage in QBR and Planning sessions (where relevant)• Support and align deal progression messaging and best practices across technology, industry, and customers

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:• You can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day!• You will have worked effectively as a sales team member in the software industry while also providing guidance and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to effectively manage the sales process• You have previously demonstrated your ability to further develop the business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of technology, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.• You have experience in C-Level customer technology strategy session as a credible source for technology, process, and people change management.• You will have been instrumental in aligning technology with business goals and collaboratively shaping the technology strategy messaging with the customer.• You have experience engaging at multiple levels within a customer (Architects, Engineers, Directors, VPs, and CXOs) and have helped translate the message across these levels through the customer journey.• You are skilled at collaborating with sales, marketing, and business unit leaders to build a consistent, strong, go-to-market customer facing message.• You can lead the discussions around best practices and industry trends to assist in the customer's decision making criteria.
