What's The Job?

We are searching for aTechnology Solutions Sales Specialist to join our York, PA teamwho would be responsible for leading our sales process and supporting customers through our technology-based products solutions offerings. This would include being a subject matter expert in the benefits of Raymond's iWarehouse suite and other technology-based warehouse optimization products. This role will be responsible for leading end to end projects across all phases of the sales cycle including but not limited to discovery, requirements gathering, design, quotation, implementation, testing, training, and operations. This individual takes overall ownership of the solution delivery, managing operations services, client stakeholder management, contributes to business development and selling activities, project planning and team management.

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

  • Assist others to meet sales objectives to include the iWarehouse Suite of Products and other Technology Solutions.
  • Represents the company in negotiations with suppliers, service providers and/or customers where outcomes have a significant impact on the company's profitability and success.
  • Assist in managing implementation process to meet customer expectations.
  • Work with the sales team to assist in product training, sales calls, and project specification / quoting.
  • Achieve gross margins and profitability targets.
  • Grow sales revenue through existing customer base and an emphasis on new account development.
  • Utilizes comprehensive/in-depth understanding of customer requirements and focuses on high leverage opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and timely information used for managing the business, including leads, proposals, marketing data, competitive data, sales forecasts, sales performance, and expense management.

What Makes Me Qualified?

  • Bachelor's Degree or significant appropriate experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a service-related field.
  • Material Handling Technology industry experience is extremely helpful.
  • Experience in presenting concepts and data within small groups.
  • Analytical skills in conjunction with market research to support sales efforts.
  • Strong customer focused philosophy.
  • Mechanical aptitude understanding.
