PayPal's Global Talent Acquisition Tech Team is hiring a Recent College Graduate to train and develop into a Sourcer.

This role is specifically for recent graduates or those currently enrolled in a college or university degree.

As a part of our global team, you will recruit highly skilled and innovative talent. Our engineering, developer and product teams solve complex problems that will forge the path toward building a world of economic opportunity.

Talent sourcing is the process of actively searching for candidates. Through the search process, you will engage prospective candidates that can be moved to your talent pipeline to fill current and future positions.

You will develop omnichannel strategies to build diverse talent pools and outreach approaches to best engage candidates. You will learn how to utilize creative content and generate candidates from online databases and social media sites, utilizing Boolean and keyword searches.

We will teach you the importance of outcome orientation, a growth mindset, and how to leverage PayPal's Leadership Principles of transparency, learn every day, never stand still, work as one team, be a customer champion, and create simplicity and efficiency.

You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers from various domains within PayPal's Portfolio to support across the Americas, which include the United States, Mexico and Guatemala. You will be supported by empathetic leaders and a Master Sourcer who will enable you to become a successful Sourcer in candidate identification and experience.

• Partner with the Recruiter(s) and Hiring Manager(s) to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source large talent pools and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to build the next generation of PayPal.
• Proactively source from underrepresented backgrounds and generate a diverse pool of candidates.
• Craft candidate outreach messages and drip campaigns to engage qualified talent pipelines.
• Elevate PayPal's employer brand, and establish a solid presence on LinkedIn and other Social Media.

• Manage end-to-end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, and deliver effective sourcing partnerships.
• Participate in weekly Syncs with Recruiter(s) and Hiring Manager(s) to provide a progress summary.
• Maintain copious documentation of candidate life cycle in the CRM (Eightfold) compliant.
• Perform 10-15 Candidate Screens per week to fill 12 roles per quarter.

Basic Qualifications:

• You have demonstrated the ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
• You can communicate your competing priorities while ensuring professional tact and diplomacy.
• You care a lot and start the who to understand your customer and how to be a customer champion.

• You are naturally aware of how to use data to tell stories that help connect the dots related to your work.
• Rigorously prioritize and focus on making everything more clear, effective and efficient without compromise.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
• You can effectively listen and ask questions to do the right thing.
• You operate with integrity, treating everyone with respect.

• Preferably you are a recent college graduate from a bachelor's Degree program.
• Preferably you are Bilingual in English and Spanish.
