Growth opportunity:

This role could grow to a systems administrator depending on the individual's willingness to learn and grow. Company will cover the costs of training and testing.

Responsibilities:

Assist local and remote users with technology related issues

Onboard and Offboard users

Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications

Troubleshoot printing issues

Upgrade applications and apply security patches

Record information in our help desk system

Travel to other locations as needed (2 - 3 times per year)

Maintain Inventory

Requirements

Required Experience and Skillet:

2+ years of Desktop Support Experience

Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

Working knowledge of Office 365 Applications in a Windows Active Directory environment

Windows 10 Administration Knowledge

Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel

Must be able to lift 55 pounds (CAD workstations and printers).

Excellent client-facing skills

Bilingual English and Spanish & competent in writing in Spanish

Required Certifications

CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MDAA or Higher
