Technology Transformation Partner

About the role:

Reporting to the Vice President, IT, EMEA , the Technology Transformation Partner will be the strategic partner between IT and business functions. Working with key stakeholders, our IT Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring that IT delivers on the business’ strategic objectives and ensuring that IT meets business needs through technological solutions. You will gain critical understanding of business processes, projects and develop key relationships throughout the business.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll be doing:

• The key liaison between IT and business functions, developing strong relationships with critical business partners and vendors.
• Anticipate and identify opportunities for technological enhancements to improve the business.
• Provide business perspective and background to assist in translating business requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT and PMO teams to design and implement new systems.
• Ensure alignment between IT and Business strategies.
• Ensure that existing and new IT implementations are delivering maximum value.
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of technology on the business.

Here are some of the things you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Desirable)
• A willingness to learn and understand cross-functional business operations.
• Exceptional communication and people skills with a background of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• An understanding of project management practices, agile preferred
• A background in being part of project teams delivering complex IT solutions.
• Ability to dig deep to extract information from business teams.
• Provide insight and perspective to shape the design and delivery of technology implementations.
• Balance and prioritize multiple projects.
