Key Responsibilities

• Work with repair business units and engine centers to identify technologies that will reduce cost/time
• Identify key technologies with specific use-cases that will reduce those repair costs/time while capturing data digitally
• Develop business cases to prioritize key technology development plans
• Utilize available capital and manpower resources to execute repair technology plans to validate the business cases
• Support the repair business units and/or engine centers in deployment of the technologies including data capture
• Engage with Business Units to understand and prioritize parts and processes that will deliver the most value to the business
• Assist in development of Capital plans to enable new technology industrialization
• Develop cost savings estimates for the tech data generated through data collected

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering
• 2 years relevant experience in the industry
• Mus be a US citizen due to program requirements

Preferred qualifications

• Masters degree
• Experience developing aerospace repair processes
