Technology-DB Engineer

岗位描述： 负责辖内系统及SQLSERVER DB服务器，负责辖内系统及DB服务器的事件、问题、变更管理和实施；为客户提供离案技术支持。弹性工作时间 三个班次 根据需要调整  (可居家办公)，节假日正常。

岗位职责：

1、对用户创建的故障单，以及用户恢复服务请求反应处理；

2、完成Windows及SQL Server等的维护工作，确保服务的可用性；

3、根据客户需求，提供问题的分析解决服务；

岗位要求：

1、统招大专（或本科）及以上，计算机相关专业为佳；

2、英文四级水平；

3、熟悉SQLSERVER的原理和关系型数据库的机制 了解windows操作系统

4. 加分项：有外企工作经验 熟悉ITSM 系统
