TechOps Specialist - Hospitality - Hungary

We are in search of a TechOps Specialist who can offer support in maintaining data integrity, performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing technical challenges within our systems, and enhancing communication between technical and non-technical departments. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing diverse forms of technical assistance across all departments. This may range from updating data and tackling minor coding tasks to extracting precise information for generating reports.

As part of your role, you will be instrumental in preserving the accuracy and reliability of our data. This involves meticulous attention to detail, proactive identification of discrepancies, and implementing measures to rectify any inconsistencies that arise. You will be the guardian of our data's accuracy.

• Previous experience showcasing a proactive mindset in technical support or software development roles.
• Investigate and propose solutions for software-related concerns.
• Identify and address technical issues through diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Create accurate and timely reports.
• Communicate discovered bugs and errors to development teams.
• Demonstrates self-initiation and adeptly reorganizes tasks to address high-priority issues
• Document technical knowledge in the form of comprehensive notes and manuals.

• Proven professional experience in a Technical Support Role or as a Software Developer for a minimum of 1 year.
• Fundamental knowledge of AWS, HTML/CSS, Javascript, MongoDB/SQL, and Github.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems.
• Strong grasp of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technological products.
• Capability to provide clear, step-by-step technical assistance, both in written and verbal forms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executing change requests, triaging bugs, and providing consistent administrative support for Kustomer, our guest-facing CRM system.
• Maintain availability for on-call shifts on weekends and/or holidays
