Job Responsibilities:

• Work independently on standard maintenance and repair tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on heating and air conditioning equipment, including replacing belts, filters, and bearings.
• Conduct routine repairs on electrically powered equipment as directed by the manager/supervisor and/or service technicians.
• Diagnose electrical control faults with proven expertise.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a flawless and timely manner.
