Job Description

• Responsible for building, optimizing, and sustaining a development and continuous delivery platform.
• Actively engaged in all project phases, from initial planning to final deployment, ensuring end-to-end ownership of solutions.
• Contribute to the design and upkeep of the development ecosystem.
• Drive the evolution and refinement of our development environment.
• Collaborate as part of an agile and dynamic team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Enhance and maintain infrastructure and essential tools to support development processes.
• Take part in designing and planning innovative solutions to address business needs.
• Promote best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Stay informed on emerging and future technology trends to guide development strategies.
• Participate in workshops, both internally and externally, to continuously grow your expertise.
• Embrace and advocate for a "continuous everything" mindset, encompassing development, integration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in coding with PHP.
• Knowledge of PHP web frameworks, particularly Symfony.
• Basic understanding of frontend development.
• Familiar with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, AngularJS, and React is a plus.
• Adheres to Clean Code principles for maintainable and high-quality development.
• Experienced with testing frameworks like PHPUnit.
• Solid knowledge of SQL databases, suck as MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Committed to a "continuous everything" approach, including development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
