Position: Telecommunications Technician

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

Visa: Only US Citizens

Minimum Qualifications:

The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• One year of experience processing Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) Rural Health Care (RHC) or E-Rate FCC Forms.
• One year of experience using USAC RHC My Portal or equivalent RHC Connect experience.
• Two years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• One year of experience with processing Customer Resource Management system service incidents and requests.
• . One year of experience with Department of Management Services (DMS) or Communications Service Authorization and Billing (CSAB) SUNCOM.
