Telemarketing Specialist (Inbound and Outbound Sales)

Job Summary: As a Telemarketing Specialist you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone and promoting our products and services. Your role is crucial in building relationships with customers meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our telemarketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or leads.

• Present and explain our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries address concerns and provide accurate information.

• Effectively overcome objections and handle rejection professionally.

• Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.

• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to nurture and close sales.

• Stay informed about our products and services to answer customer questions and objections.

• Collaborate with team members to share successful sales strategies and best practices.

• Adhere to company policies industry regulations and ethical telemarketing practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

• Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
