Job Description
The Telemarketing Team Leader is responsible for training and supervising those Telemarketing Executive whose role is to invite guests to attend a personal preview of our onsite sales gallery and offer a discounted holiday discovery package.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Ensure that all Telemarketing Executive are efficiently performing phone calls and tracking their respective guests through effective and timely call-backs.
- Ensure the Telemarketing Executive are engaged and performing their respective 20 dials per hour and achieving the package sales objectives.
- Take Over phone presentations as necessary to assist Telemarketing Executive in closing packages and confirming information on all packages and guests are accurate.
- Correspond with prospective clients through established email protocols and templates.
- Processing the booking process in conjunction with Administration.
- Ensuring Superior Guest Experience.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to, active listening, empathizing, problem-solving, organization, detail-oriented, follow through, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous telemarketing service experience preferred.
- Ability to work as a team player, in a personable and positive manner. Able to train and motivate associates to achieve high performance.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment. Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change.
- Fluent in Thai and English/other languages beneficial as well.
